Observation of the biology learning process carried out focused on the lesson plan document, learning process, and interviews as well as student and teacher questionnaires on the biology learning process. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation check list, questionnaires, and interviews. This research was conducted in class X SMA N 1 Tanjung, Brebes, Central Java. A qualitative research approach with an observation method was used in this study. Therefore, this study aims to observe the biology learning process in one of senior high school. Effective and relevant teaching and learning strategies are needed in biology learning to meet the needs of future generations. The sophistication of technology and access to information in the twenty-first century pushed education providers to transform preparing students to face a more challenging future. So it can be concluded that the learning media used is feasible and effective for use in biology learning process to increase interest and conceptual understanding. The result of independent t-test significance value is <0,05 and interest learners have increased was categorized as medium, the early learning interest is 65.1 and the final learning interest is 83.7 in treatment class. The results showed that the learning media viewed from media experts and material experts categorized good. Quantitative data analysis techniques used independent t-test. Collecting data used questionnaires, interview guides, evaluation media product sheets, interest questionnaire sheets, and concept comprehension tests.

The field trial subjects in the experimental and the control class consisted of 35 students science second grade 5 and 3 Kota Mungkid High School. This development research refers to the developmental step by Borg & Gall. This research aims to know the feasibility and effectivity of interactive biology learning media product of human reproduction system based on adobe flash and to know the influence of application of learning media developed to increase interest and conceptual understanding.
